Changes

I started 2018 pretty sure it was going to be a change year.

Later this week, almost 4 years to the day I accepted the offer to join adidas, I formally end my time at the company and look forward to the next chapter of my life.

Immediately I am spending time with the family and projects of deep personal interest. And later, back to advising and executing change with leaders and organizations who seek to create their future.

I am guided by many lessons of over 40 years of continuous learning and 20+ years of working with some very fine institutions - leveraging the past, welcoming the future, pursuing potential, opening to change, accepting leadership, staying humble, helping people, striving always, and seeking healthy environments. Not saying I have nailed them all, but will keep working at it :-)
