Excuses, excuses
Do not be known for making excuses. True, things do go wrong and it is important to learn from the reasons and causes. But don’t stop there or feel vindicated by the excuses, even if they make YOU feel better. Others might still only remember a goal not met or an opportunity missed, and even worse, a reluctance to be accountable, so always show and deliver on a plan to get back on track, and be known for recovering and bringing things over the line, and home. At the end of the day no one really cares about the excuses and you get no lasting positive credit for them. #RealWinTips
