Thank you TEDxBerlin!

Two days ago, on Thursday, May 8th, on the iconic stage of Fotografiska #Berlin, I was one of the featured speakers at TEDxBerlin.

I spoke about COURAGE the superpower, as the most important lesson I learned from over many decades of navigating the world and helping global companies and brands transform.

I plan to share more about my TEDx journey and message in the coming weeks.

TODAY, I am feeling very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grace the stage and owe a huge debt of gratitude to many people who helped me throughout the journey.

Many thanks go to the TEDxBerlin team, led by Stephan Balzer - Natalia Sahagun, Maria Ashworth, Rowdy Kram, Nico Berge, Ole Raack as well as my amazing coach Nikolaus Skene who was my constant virtual companion for three months - without whom none of this would have been possible.

My fellow speakers hailed from across the globe and brought powerful insights and passion to the event. I am honored to have shared a stage with these talented individuals:
- Moves Johnson
- Theo Anagnostopoulos
- Uta Pippig
- Olaf Grawert
- Tanya Selvaratnam
- Frauke Zeller
- Garnet Dupuis
- Meri Bertram & Aimée Goos
- Tim R. Schleicher
- Dimitris Dimitriadis
- Lori Baldwin
- Dr. Rochelle Walensky
- Arikia Millikan
- Luna Fast & Helin Turhan
- Felix Oldenburg
- Sera Kalo
- Dr. Thomas Harbaum
- David Troy
- NEKRA

The audience was lovely, energetic and supportive, and I enjoyed great conversations with many of them throughout the day.

I feel blessed that my family was there to watch, as were my friends Tino Elgner and the best stage coach around Laura Baxter who traveled from Bavaria to lend her support. Martin Gutmann, whose TEDxBerlin talk last year is a must-watch (was part of last week's program), was generous with encouragement and feedback. My good friend Eksteen de Waal the maestro of PSA Nederland / Netherlands from whom I learned many valuable tips was with me in spirit.

What can I say?
Grateful
Humbled
Happy
