Lead yourself

To lead others effectively you have to be excellent at leading yourself. Teams and individuals have ups and downs. A leader knows how to manage others through all the different cycles - steady state, change, crisis. And to do so well, to be authentic and credible, the leader must understand oneself and one’s reactions to the cycles too.
