One of a kind

Today is Mandela Day, but we have to be leaders everyday.  These days we are surrounded by so many strains of leaders in all spheres of life - politics, business and elsewhere.  I pause and compare many of them to Nelson Mandela, his life, choices and legacy, and recall another leader, Abraham Lincoln who said, "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power."  Was Mandela superhuman? #RealWinTips
