What makes you a leader is...

As a leader, what is your main source of influence? What defines you? What are you famous for? What will others say about you when you are not present? What will the people who work closest to you say? If the answers are only about your prowess achieving this revenue or that profit, or about how smart you are or how much you wield position power or how well you play internal politics, and not about how you empower individuals and teams to be better or the best versions of themselves, then you still have work to do on your own self and your claim to true leadership is tenuous at best. #RealWinTips
