Always pick ethical

I have witnessed and participated in countless decisions in my day. The best ones have been the decisions grounded in ethics and principles. Ethics is sometimes an elusive concept to explain, so I tend to fall back on my Rotaract days and remember the Rotary 4-Way test. It is unambiguous and simple and has always worked well for me…

  1. Is it the TRUTH?

  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Moreover, one truth I know for sure is that it is possible to DO WELL WHILE DOING GOOD.
