All innovation is a progression of something that existed before. Therefore innovation and progress are social - reliant on and maximized by the exchange of ideas and interactions with others who have their own ideas too. This is even more true in the digital age where it is just not possible to absorb or develop on your own all the information that can help you. The more you open yourself up to this exchange and get others to also open up to you, the faster and better your innovation will be. If you, or where you work, do not practice or support open sourcing of ideas from within and outside, or if everyone is expected to sit at their desks and be brilliant, you are missing out on exponential opportunity to become much better at what you do. #RealWinTips
