Don’t hug the credit

To ascend even once to the summit of Mount Everest is a big deal. Relatively few have done it successfully and even for those who fail trying, it is an immense feat. We often celebrate some climbers and remember their names and read their books and watch movies about them. But we don’t often talk about the others who actually make the climbs possible - the sherpas. And of this group, some sherpas have summited themselves over 20 times, but still remain nameless and faceless to most of the world! Do you know the sherpas in your business or in your life?
