I believe in the power of experiences and the diversity of perspectives that they impart.
Experiences have taught me that people, and institutions, have the innate potential to transform into a bigger version of themselves, if they so choose.
But this takes work.
Transformation needs self-awareness and always requires us to challenge convention and innovate new standards of performance, including disrupting ourselves. Transformation also requires courage. I found this to be true even as I travelled, worked, and lived around the world - in multiple cultures, with seven dominant world-class brands, in thirteen cities, and across four continents.
I recently stepped away from a successful corporate executive career in favor of developing and enabling transformational leaders and organizations.

The name “custament” hails from the crowded street markets of Sierra Leone in West Africa. It is the term that businesses and vendors - large and small, and their customers, use to refer to their most trusted and favored partner, with whom they prefer to work on a continuous, consistent, and sometimes exclusive, basis.
