Rebel against normal

Transformation is not about normal. When I look back at the acceleration points in my life and career, when I underwent the most transformational experiences, there is not a single one that was in the mold of a normal choice.  Transformation is oftentimes about breaking the mold.  Still, even today, I have to keep reminding myself about this. #RealWinTips
